A well-established and growing estate litigation firm is seeking a senior-level attorney to guide litigation strategy, mentor a talented team, strengthen case-management operations, and help shape the next chapter of the practice.

Ideal background:

• Active California Bar membership and significant probate litigation experience involving trusts, estates, conservatorships, guardianships, fiduciary disputes, and related contested matters.
• Formal management experience is preferred but not required.
• Deep subject-matter expertise, sound judgment, and a genuine interest in developing attorneys are essential.
• Comfort working within established systems, metrics, and accountability structures.
• Stable employment history.

* This position is not structured around maintaining a full litigation docket or billing eight or more hours each day through personal case assignments. Qualifying time mya include case strategy meetings, case review sessions, work on client matters, and leadership activities tied to active client needs.
